Nike Golf Schools & Junior Camps, Morningstar Golf Club Indianapolis, Indiana
Established in 1991, Morningstar Golf Club is a semi-private 18 hole golf course located on the east side of Indianapolis. With five sets of tees on each hole, it has proven to be an enjoyable course for all skill levels, and is a perfect location for Nike Golf Schools & Junior Camps.
Full Day Camps
These camps are an excellent opportunity for junior golfers to improve their skills and their course management at the same time. The students in the full day camp enjoy three hours of instruction each morning. This instruction works on all facets of the game and prepares the junior player for the challenges of the course. After a lunch, which is included in the price of the camp, it’s off to play the course. During course play professionals teach strategy, etiquette and course management. The Full Day Camp is designed to create complete golfers and raise their game to the next level.
Half Day Camps
Half Day Camps run Monday thru Friday from 9:00am-Noon and include fifteen hours of total range instruction. For three hours each day, campers sharpen their skills with strong emphasis on the fundamentals—stance, grip, posture, full swing, rules & etiquette, etc. As the week unfolds, campers receive quality short-game instruction and by Friday, each Nike junior golfer will see improvement in his or her golf game!
Highlights Include
- Small group instruction with low student/teacher ratio from PGA professionals
- Three hours of practice with our experienced staff covering all facets of the game; putting, chipping/pitching, full-swing
- Daily course play with staff (full day camps only) focusing on course management, shot selection, strategy, rules and etiquette

Morningstar Golf Course
Morningstar has the reputation of having the smallest and most undulating greens in Indiana. Bunkers, water hazards and narrow fairways provide enough of a challenge for every golfer. At 6500 yards from the back tees Morningstar may seem benign, but those who know better say it is best to come to play with a good short game! Morningstar is one of GOLF FOR WOMEN magazine's Top 100 Fairways for Women.
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week.
