USSC Customer Portal Instructions

  1. Log In or Create a New Account

1 Log In or Create a New Account


Go to https://secure.ussportscamps.com/Login

>> For Returning Participants: You are considered a returning participant if you attended a camp with us before AND completed digital Health & Release Forms with us in the past.

  • Log in using your account holder's email and password
  • This will be the same email and password used to complete your 2024 Health & Release form (if applicable).
  • If you do not remember your login, please click "Forgot My Password" and follow the prompt.


>> For New Participants: You are considered a new participant if you have not attended a camp with us before OR you have attended a camp with us but HAVE NOT completed digital Health & Release Forms.

  • Please the information your entered at check out to login into your customer portal


2 Add A Camper to Your Account


Follow the steps below if you are logged in, but not seeing your camper's camps listed on the MY ENROLLMENTS page.

  • Visit the "My Campers" page (shown on the top right of the screen)

  • Click "+ Add Camper"

  • Input your current year Confirmation # and Camper Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY), and click "FIND CAMPERS"
    1. To retrieve your confirmation, if you don't have the original confirmation email from '[email protected]', please select 'Forgot Confirmation #?'

      1. After selecting 'Forgot Confirmation #?', enter the Billing Email you used when registering your camper and select 'EMAIL MY CONFIRMATION #.'

      2. Please check your email inbox for an email containing your camper's Confirmation # and revisit https://secure.ussportscamps.com/register

      3. Please ensure you are using your CURRENT confirmation #. You can refresh your camper's profile by adding a new camper with their current information.

  • Refresh your page, and your camper and their information will populate on the MY CAMPERS page and their enrollments on the MY ENROLLMENTS page.


3 Complete Your Health & Release Forms


Follow the instructions below to complete the required Health & Release Forms for camp.

  • On the MY ENROLLMENTS dashboard, you will see your camper's enrollment and a red notice with "2024 USSC Health Forms Incomplete".
  • Click the "Start" button and review the important pop-up message in full, then click "Yes, Continue With The Process" when you are ready to begin.
    1. These forms cannot be saved and edited at a later time. Please scroll through to ensure you have all the information before starting.

  • After completing the forms, please allow several hours for the form status to update in the Customer Portal. Then you will see a green notice with "2024 USSC Forms Completed". You can then also click the "View" or "Edit/Delete" links.


*IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ADDITIONAL REQUIRED FORMS:

  • Be sure to check the "Prepare For Camp Here" page to see if your camp has any "Additional Required Forms" listed under the "IMPORTANT NOTES" section. In most cases, those forms will need to be printed and brought to camp check-in.

4 Make a Payment


Follow the instructions below if you'd like to view and pay your tuition balance online.

  • On the MY ENROLLMENTS dashboard, you will see "TOTAL DUE" at the bottom.

  • If you have a balance due on your account, it will say the amount due.

  • Click the "Make Payment" button.

  • Enter your camper's confirmation number on the screen that appears.

  • Enter your billing information and credit card information, then click "Submit Payment".

5 Find Your Camp-Specific Details and Pre-Camp Requirements


Follow the instructions below to find important details and requirements for camp such as check-in time & location, what to bring to camp, on-site staff contact info, additional required forms, etc.

  • On the MY ENROLLMENTS dashboard, click the "Prepare For Camp Here" button.

  • Review this page carefully and follow the steps to prepare for camp.

6 Update Your Camper's Enrollment Questions


Follow the instructions below if you'd like to view or update any of the questions you answered during your enrollment such as your camper's t-shirt size, roommate request, skill level, etc.

  • On the MY ENROLLMENTS dashboard, you will see your camper's enrollment and the link that says "View/Edit Enrollment."

  • Click on the question you would like to update.

  • Click "Save".

Please note: not all questions will be available to update. You can edit the answers to your camper's questions listed below up until 14 days before the camp start date. If you need to make a change within 14 days of camp, please Contact Us.

7 Update Your Account Information


Follow the instructions below if you'd like to review or update your Account Information, including your billing address, phone number, email, etc.

  • Click the MY ACCOUNT tab on the main menu to see your "Account Holder Profile."

  • Click on the field that you would like to update to make your change

  • Click "Save My Profile"

8 Update Your Camper's Personal Information


If you would like to make changes to the camper's personal information listed in their profile such as DOB, Assigned Sex, Address, Email, or Contact Information, please Contact Us. These changes cannot be done through the Customer Portal.

9 Register For Camp


If you would like to register for new camp sessions, please visit the US Sports Camps website or Contact Us. Registrations cannot be done through the Customer Portal.

10 Cancel Camp or Change Dates


If you would like to cancel your camp or change your dates or location, please Contact Us. These changes cannot be done through the Customer Portal.
