2 What can I do in the Customer Portal?

Through the Customer Portal, you can view and update your camp enrollment(s), complete your required health & release forms, view and pay your account balance, update required camp information, and more. Multiple campers can also be added to the same account, making it easy to manage your household all in one place!

3 What is the Prepare For Camp Here button?

The Prepare For Camp Here page includes important camp-specific details which are not present on the camp's webpage, including on-site camp staff contact information, other important camp-specific details, and any applicable additional required forms.

If you have forgotten your camper’s Confirmation Number, please select ‘Forgot Confirmation #?’

6 Do I need to create an account?

Please follow the instructions below to create your account.

  1. Visit https://secure.ussportscamps.com/welcome

  2. Enter your billing email address used during your camp registration

  3. If you have an existing account, you will be prompted to log in with your credentials

  4. If you do not have an existing account, you will be prompted to create one

7 I forgot my login, how can I sign in?

Please follow the instructions below to log into your account.

  1. Visit https://secure.ussportscamps.com/Login

  2. Log in using your digital Health & Release Forms email and password.
    1. If you do not remember your login, please click "FORGOT PASSWORD" and follow the prompt.

8 I requested that I be sent a link to reset my password, but it still isn't working.

The password reset link is only active for a short time period, we recommend you resend yourself the link through the portal, and if you are still experiencing issues please reach out to our team during office hours only (7am-5pm PST) at 1-800-645-3226 or after hours via email.

9 How do I add campers in the Customer Portal

  1. Visit the 'My Campers' page (shown on the top right of the screen)

  2. Click '+ Add Camper.'

  3. Input your current year Confirmation # and Camper Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY), and click 'FIND CAMPERS.'
    1. To retrieve your confirmation, if you don't have the original confirmation email from '[email protected]', please select 'Forgot Confirmation #?'

    2. After selecting 'Forgot Confirmation #?', enter the Billing Email you used when registering your camper and select 'EMAIL MY CONFIRMATION #.'

    3. Please check your email inbox for an email containing your camper's Confirmation # and revisit https://secure.ussportscamps.com/welcome

    4. Please ensure you are using your CURRENT confirmation #. You can refresh your camper's profile by adding a new camper with their current information.

  4. Refresh your page, and your camper and their information will populate on the MY CAMPERS page and their enrollments on the MY ENROLLMENTS page.

How to Update Enrollment Information In the Customer Portal:

  1. On the MY ENROLLMENTS dashboard, you will see your camper's enrollment and the link that says "View/Edit Enrollment."

  2. Click on the question you would like to update. Please note not all questions will be available to update.

You can edit the answers to your camper's questions listed below up until 14 days before the camp start date. If you need to make a change within 14 days of camp, please Contact Us.

10 My question isn't answered here, what should I do?

Visit our contact page here and send an email to the appropriate sport or program. We'll be happy to answer your question personally.
