At Home Basketball Tips for Ball Handling: The Four Minute Kyrie Challenge

Looking for ways to improve your basketball skills at home with limited space?! Look no further! The Four Minute Kyrie Challenge is something you can do by yourself or with your family in your backyard, garage, living room, anywhere! All you need is a ball and a stopwatch. Follow along with Nike Basketball Camp Coach Drew Maddux and see how well you do.

This ball handling challenge will work on these 5 drills:

1. The Pound Dribble

2. The Tap Dribble

3. The Windshield Wiper

4. The Push Pull

5. The Single Hand, Single Leg Dribble
