During the offseason, it is important that you continue to stay in shape. Check out this helpful training guide from Nike Field Hockey Camps and Tori Karsten (Training with Tori) to keep you prepared for the upcoming season. For this workout you will need a field hockey stick and an open space.
Workout Routine
- 10 reverse block tackles
- 10 forehand block tackles
- 10 stick run overs
- 10 hinge ball pick up right leg
- 10 hinge ball pick up left leg
- 10 skier jumps
- 10 air dribbles!
