US Sports Camps and Nike Sports Camps are proud to welcome back Findlay Prep to our family of basketball camps for this summer. Coach Michael Peck and his staff will direct camp from June 11 - June 15, 2012.
Findlay College Prep is part of the Henderson International School, just minutes from the world famous Las Vegas strip. Camp is led by Findlay Prep Head Coach Michael Peck and his staff this summer.

Nestled on a spacious multi-million dollar state-of-the-art campus, campers will participate in a variety of challenging and fun drills and competition throughout the week. Fundamental skill development is the core of our teaching and will therefore be stressed and emphasized for the duration of the camp.

Camp Director
Michael Peck
Coach Peck will implement our camp program. Peck begins his fourth year as the Head Coach for the Findlay College Prep basketball team at The Henderson International School.

Todd Simon
Todd Simon was part of the inaugural Findlay Prep staff that launched the upstart program. In the last 4 seasons, the Pilots are 121-5 including 44-0 at home. In 2009 the Pilots were undefeated consensus National Champions. In 2010, Findlay won their back-to-back ESPN Rise National High School Invitational Championship. At Findlay Simon has coached 4 McDonald’s All-Americans, 4 Jordan Brand All-Americans, and 5 Parade All-Americans. Simon has coached 25 international student-athletes from 17 different countries. Findlay has NCAA qualified 100% of their graduates and every graduate has went on to a NCAA division 1 basketball scholarship.
Simon came to Findlay Prep from UNLV, where he spent two seasons as an aide to coach Lon Kruger. Prior to joining the Runnin' Rebel Staff, Simon gained experience at Pepperdine University under head coach Paul Westphal and his staff. He started his career as the head junior varsity boy's basketball coach at Harrison High School in Harrison, Michigan. In 2006, Simon worked as a member of the support staff for Team USA during their training in Las Vegas, Nevada where he gained experience working with the highest-level players and coaches in the world. He has also been a veteran of summer camps around the country. Simon has also worked Michael Jordan's Flight School in Las Vegas and Giants of Africa Big Man Camp in Lagos, Nigeria. In addition to camps, Simon has organized AAU events out of Las Vegas.
Complete Skills: This program is intended to help players develop athletically. The individual camp is a great opportunity for young basketball players looking to develop and refine their fundamental basketball skills. This program also includes a curriculum for intermediate/ advanced players looking to enhance their skill set at the post, wing, or guard position. Emphasis is placed on fundamental development, shooting, offensive moves, defense, rebounding, team play, and more.
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.

Boys Session check-in: Monday, June 11th at 8:30AM
Boys Session closing ceremony: Friday, June 15th at 2:30PM. Departure at 3PM
A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact numbers, and a checklist of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers in the Spring. The US Sports Camps health and release forms do not require a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.
