CAMP DESCRIPTIONS
Pure Shooting & Offensive Skills Camp: Shooting is basketball’s most crucial skill. At this camp, NBC staff work with campers to gain greater depth as a shooter as well as hone offensive moves. The focus of this camp is to become an offensive threat on the court. All athletes learn how to correct and improve their shots through evaluation, drills, and video work.
Complete Player Basketball Camps offer training in all aspects of the sport including leadership and confidence training. NBC's Complete Player basketball curriculum is all-encompassing to help athletes develop and master skills to play the game of basketball with excellence. Complete Player camps offer overnight (complete program training) and extended day options for those who commute to and from camp each morning and evening.
Complete Player Intensive Basketball Camps are the same as our Complete Player Basketball Camps but with an increase in the teaching pace, intensity, and expectation of the players. Athletes will be expected to progress faster through the drills.

ABOUT THE FACILITY
The campus is a world unto itself, with no through roads. The Alaska Pacific University campus in Anchorage is one of the most beautiful campuses in the United States, with the Chugach Mountains rising up behind nearly 200 acres of lawns, woods, and University Lake.
Campers will be staying in older dorms at Alaska Pacific University. Each room has 2-6 beds available with individual private shower facilities. These rooms are not air-conditioned, and we suggest you bring a fan. The cafeteria facility provides a salad bar and hot entrees with a beverage station. Students may also be hosted in the campus village-style housing with 8-10 students in a residential-style setting with private baths. Some students sleep on a thick mattress on the floor. This camp is for those serious enough to play the sport. Please indicate to the camp administrator any needs you have.
