    Randy Conley Jr.

    Camp Director

Born and raised in NJ, Coach Randy's basketball journey began at an early age, flourishing in high school where he distinguished himself through hard work and dedication. His collegiate stint at Hagerstown Junior College showcased his sharpshooting skills, highlighted by a memorable 6 three-pointers in a half during his freshman year. Moving on to Burlington County College, Randy's talents earned him spots in the Region 19 All-Star Game and the "small college all-star game."

A transfer to Elizabeth City State University saw Randy contribute to a 21-7 team that reached the semi-finals of the CIAA Tournament. Unfortunately, a nagging foot injury shifted his focus to coaching. Under the mentorship of Pro Level Training, Hoop Group Skills Camp, Nike Skills Camp, and Five-Star Basketball Camp, Randy founded Follow Thru Basketball.

Coach Randy's journey started with Team Hines Basketball Academy, followed by roles at Timber Creek HS and now as the head coach at Lindenwold HS. Prioritizing character development, he proudly celebrates multiple 1000-point player milestones while instilling aggressive scoring techniques and a strong team ethos. Coaching, for Randy, is more than a purpose—it's a commitment to giving back to the game that enriched his life. Join him on this transformative journey, where a former player's love for basketball meets a dedication to nurturing future talents.

  • Pro level training

    Pro Level Training

    Staff

Pro Level Training’s concept is very simple: cover all grounds with everyone that we work with. In addition to skills training, we place major emphasis on the strength, conditioning and performance sides of the game.

    Pro level training

    Pro Level Training

    Staff

The idea of Pro Level Training was conceived from Founder Joel Green’s desire to bring the “Pro” style of training and preparation to youth athletes. He saw that there was a need for athletes to learn how to properly prepare their minds and bodies for the game of basketball.

Our goal is to improve the quality of individual on court performance by providing clients with the physical & mental tools needed to get to the next level of their career. We enjoy both training and educating players to get the most out of each session.
