Nike Basketball Camps
Join our all-star Elite Hoops Basketball coaching staff at Jackson Preparatory School for individualized instruction, drills, and lectures to improve your skills, confidence, and basketball IQ. These complete skills camps for both boys and girls are sure to enhance your performance during summer 2026.
The Complete Skills Camp helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position.
The Advanced Skills Camp is for players with at least three years of school and/or travel team experience. This camp only accepts a limited amount of players for the most personalized instruction in a small group setting and is drill based with equal focus on offense, defense, practice concepts, film and game study.

Director Zach Allison
Zach Allison enters his 8th year with Elite Hoops. Coach Allison, a Pelham, Alabama native, graduated from Pelham High School where he was, at the time, the all-time leading scorer in school history. He was named Shelby County Player of the Year during his high school tenure. He went on to play four years of collegiate basketball at the schools of Auburn University, Wallace State-Hanceville Community College, and Birmingham-Southern College. His senior season he served as team captain while earning First-Team All-Southern Athletic Association (SAA) honors and was named to the SAA All-Tournament team. He led the conference in assists and was top five in points-per-game.

Staff Elite Hoops Basketball
The Elite Hoops Basketball (EHB) staff is comprised of some of the best coaches in the area, specializing in camps, clinics, training sessions, leagues, and travel teams. Elite Hoops Basketball has been in partnership with Nike Basketball Camps for over 12 years, directing some of the Southeast's most popular day basketball camps.

Complete Skills Camp Hours
- Check-in: Tuesday at 8:30AM
- Closing Ceremony: Friday at 2:30PM
- Meals: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a packed lunch or money to purchase lunch.
- Daily Hours: MON-THURS 9AM-3PM
Advanced Skills Camp Hours
- Check-in: Monday at 8:30AM
- Closing Ceremony: Thursday at 2:30PM

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch each day
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Basketball Camps t-shirt and prizes. *1-day clinics excluded
- Basketballs: Basketballs are provided for instruction during camp
INSTRUCTION & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion
- Facility: Indoor courts
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
BASKETBALLS
Nike All Court Elite Basketballs can be purchased during registration for $35. Players can choose between a size 6 (28.5", standard girls) or size 7 (29.5", standard boys) ball, which will be passed out on the last day of camp. Please note that it is not required to bring a basketball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction.

PRE-CAMP CHECKLIST
To view your customer account, complete your mandatory forms, pay balance dues, and review important camp information, visit Pre-Camp Checklist. All necessary camp information is on this page. If there are any imperative changes prior to camp start, registered campers will be notified via email and this webpage will be updated!
PACKING LIST
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
COMPANY POLICIES
If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid that is good through the following year for any sport and is transferable to any immediate family member. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact USSC to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive a voucher or refund. Cash refunds are given only if Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your balance due date.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
