Join us at Lake Country Christian School in summer 2026 for a fun and exciting week of basketball! This coed camp focuses on individualized instruction, drills, and lectures to improve your skills, confidence, and basketball IQ.
Staff
Pro Level Training’s concept is very simple: cover all grounds with everyone that we work with. In addition to skills training, we place major emphasis on the strength, conditioning and performance sides of the game.
Camp Director
Charles Stoker is a Pro Level Training Camp Director in the Dallas, TX area. As a former three-time state and national champion, Stoke incorporates his experience and winning pedigree into his skills development training to motivate today's athletes. Stoke is not only committed to developing basketball skills, but life skills as well.
Co-Director
LaRon Marques Buggs is a former collegiate basketball player and respected basketball leader from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He helped lead Tulsa Central High School to a state championship as a sophomore, then continued his career at Murray State College before finishing at the NCAA Division I level at Gardner-Webb University. LaRon now serves as an assistant varsity boys coach at Lake Country Christian School, where he continues to impact player development at the high school level. He is also the founder of the UNFAZED grassroots basketball organization, created to develop disciplined, confident, and fundamentally sound athletes—especially inspired by the growth of his daughters as student-athletes. Through coaching and mentorship, LaRon emphasizes accountability, character, and leadership, preparing players for success both on the court and in life. LaRon is a devoted husband and father. He most enjoys spending time with his family: wife Misha Buggs, and his three daughters Kali, Kyla and Kaci Buggs.

Nike All Court Elite Basketballs can be purchased during registration for $35. Players can choose between a size 6 (28.5", standard girls) or size 7 (29.5", standard boys) ball, which will be passed out on the last day of camp. Please note that it is not recommended to bring a basketball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction.

If there are any imperative changes prior to camp start, registered campers will be notified via email and this webpage will be updated!
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid that is good through the following year for any sport and is transferable to any immediate family member. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact USSC to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive a voucher or refund. Cash refunds are given only if Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your balance due date.

Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
