at Nike Basketball Camps

Train in Church Hill, TN this summer 2026 with Ryan Cahak and his experienced coaching staff! This camp at Volunteer High School provides the perfect setting for players of all abilities to grow their game. Athletes will sharpen fundamental skills, learn advanced techniques, and gain valuable on-court experience in a fun, competitive, and supportive environment. Whether you’re new to the game or striving to take your skills to the next level, this camp combines focused instruction with the excitement of playing alongside peers—all while having serious fun!

The Complete Skills Camp helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position.

    Camp Director

    Ryan Cahak is a former college player and coach. He played at Syracuse University and coached at Colgate University, the University of Tennessee, Lipscomb University, and Kennesaw State University.

    Ryan is the current director of TN United Basketball Club in East TN. He has done various charity events throughout the year, including back to school events, food drives, and winter coat drives.

    Ryan grew up in Syracuse, NY and did a Post Grad year at the prestigious St. Thomas Moore School in Oakdale, CT. He was coached by a Hall of Fame Coach, Jere Quinn. He is married with 4 daughters and a new baby boy.

MAY 26-29, 2026

  • Check-in: Tuesday at 8:30am
  • Closing Ceremony: Friday at 1:30pm
  • Meals: Lunch is not provided. please bring a sack lunch each day
  • Daily Hours: TUES-FRI 9AM-2PM

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

  • Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
  • Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
  • Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch each day
  • Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Basketball Camps t-shirt. *1-day clinics and fall, winter and spring camps excluded.
  • Basketballs: Basketballs are provided for instruction during camp

INSTRUCTION & FACILITY

  • Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
  • Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion
  • Facility: Indoor courts
  • Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

BASKETBALLS

Nike All Court Elite Basketballs can be purchased during registration for $35. Players can choose between a size 6 (28.5", standard girls) or size 7 (29.5", standard boys) ball, which will be passed out on the last day of camp. Please note that it is not required to bring a basketball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction.

PACKING LIST

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL

Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
