Nike Basketball Camps
Train with Touch Shooting Founder Ryan Sypkens and a staff of former pros, elite trainers, and high-level coaches who bring deep experience in skill development, competition, and athlete mentorship.
Built on the Touch Shooting Curriculum, these Nike Basketball Camps give every athlete the full development experience:
- Skill Development
- Basketball IQ
- Footwork & Base
- Shooting Mechanics
- Finishing & Decision-Making
- Live Games & Competition
- Leadership + Confidence
- High-Energy Environment
At Touch Shooting, we’re excited to offer two age-specific camp experiences so every athlete can learn, grow, and have fun:
Jr. Camp (Ages 5-9)
A high-energy morning camp focused on building strong foundations — footwork, balance, coordination, spacing, and confidence. Kids learn the game in a safe, positive, fun environment where instruction is clear and the goal is simple: develop great young athletes who love basketball.
Elite Camp (Ages 9–15)
A deeper, more advanced full-day experience designed for real growth.
Morning Sessions - Skill Mastery & IQ
Athletes rotate through Touch Shooting’s 6 core segments:
- Ball Handling
- Touch Shooting
- Footwork & Base
- Defense
- IQ & Decision-Making
- Core & Conditioning
The focus is consistency, discipline, and teaching athletes how to train — not just what to do.
Afternoon Sessions - Compete & Apply
Live scrimmages, guided competition, 1-on-1, 3-on-3, and controlled team scenarios help athletes apply their morning learning in real time. Coaches provide in-game instruction to improve reads, timing, pace, spacing, leadership, and communication.
Highlights Include
- Thursday: High-energy tournament play where athletes get to showcase their growth.
- Friday Morning: All-Star Games + parent viewing - A fun, competitive environment where athletes are encouraged to step up, lead, and apply everything they’ve learned.
- Awards Ceremony: Recognition for athletes who stand out in Growth, Effort, Leadership, Toughness, Teamwork and Attitude.
- Strategic Opportunity for Athletes: Throughout the week, athletes will train in an environment that attracts attention — from coaches, respected basketball minds, and invited guests who understand the game at a high level. Players who bring effort, discipline, and consistency will naturally stand out. We create the stage — it’s up to the athlete to rise to it. (No promises, no headlines — just a real environment where the right people are present.)
- Each camper will receive a Nike Basketball Camp t-shirt, wristband, lanyard, and a personalized evaluation form completed by Coach!
