at Nike Basketball Camps

Head to Moreau Catholic High School in summer 2026 and receive instruction from Head Coach Frank Knight and staff in Hayward, CA. Campers will get the opportunity to work on skill developmental drills, shooting technique, footwork, and fun activities in a focused environment with one of the top high school coaches in California!

The Complete Skills Camp helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position.

    Frank Knight is the current Head Boys Basketball coach at Moreau Catholic High School in Hayward California. This is his 15th year at Moreau Catholic and in his time at Moreau he has compiled an overall record of 426-229. In his time at Moreau Catholic he has won 5 NCS (North Coast Section) Championships, 2 Northern California Regional Championships and appeared in 2 CIF (California Interscholastic Federation) State Championship games. Moreau was ranked #11 in the country by USA Today (2015-16) and has consistently been one of the top programs in California year in and out.

    Prior to Moreau Catholic, Frank was the Head Boys basketball coach at Fremont High School in Oakland. In his 9 years at Fremont he had an overall record of 120-77. Frank led his alma mater Fremont High School to 3 OAL (Oakland Athletic League) championship games and made the playoffs every year he was at the helm.

    Frank started his coaching career under the legendary coach Frank Allocco at De La Salle High School who is one of his mentors and confidants. In his 1st year at De La Salle as an assistant DLS won the California State Championship in (Division 1)

    Frank Knight's overall combined coaching record is 426-229 (as of today) in 25 years as head coach.

2026 DATES

  • Session I: June 15-18
  • Session II: June 22-25

Camp Hours

  • Check-in: Monday at 8:30AM
  • Closing Ceremony: Thursday at 2:30PM
  • Lunch: Lunch is not provided. Please bring packed lunch
  • Daily Hours: MON-THURS 9AM-3PM

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

  • Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
  • Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
  • Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch each day
  • Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Basketball Camps t-shirt. *1-day clinics and fall, winter and spring camps excluded.
  • Basketballs: Basketballs are provided for instruction during camp

INSTRUCTION & FACILITY

  • Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
  • Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion
  • Facility: Indoor courts
  • Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

BASKETBALLS

Nike All Court Elite Basketballs can be purchased during registration for $35. Players can choose between a size 6 (28.5", standard girls) or size 7 (29.5", standard boys) ball, which will be passed out on the last day of camp. Please note that it is not required to bring a basketball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction.

PRE-CAMP CHECKLIST

To view your customer account, complete your mandatory forms, pay balance dues, and review important camp information, visit Pre-Camp Checklist. All necessary camp information is on this page. If there are any imperative changes prior to camp start, registered campers will be notified via email and this webpage will be updated!

PACKING LIST

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL

Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

COMPANY POLICIES

If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid that is good through the following year for any sport and is transferable to any immediate family member. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact USSC to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive a voucher or refund. Cash refunds are given only if Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your balance due date.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
