Coach Jim Tomey brings over 30 years of coaching experience to San Diego in summer 2024 at Alliant University SportCenter, formerly held at Francis Parker School. Join him and his impressive staff for this boys only day camp, and hone in on your basketball skills in a competitive and focused environment.
The Complete Skills Camp helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position.

Camp Director Jim Tomey
Coach Tomey begins his 32nd season of coaching basketball in San Diego County. Francis Parker is Coach Tomey's third stop in the past 30 years. 15 years were spent coaching at the University of San Diego High School, where at the end of his tenure, Coach Tomey was inducted into the San Diego County Hall of Champions as a high school coaching legend.

BASKETBALLS
Nike Versa Tack Basketballs can be purchased during registration for $30. Players can choose between a size 6 (28.5", standard girls) or size 7 (29.5", standard boys) ball, which will be passed out on the last day of camp. Please note that it is not required to bring a basketball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction.

PACKING LIST
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
