Conarroe came to CC from Division I California State University, Bakersfield, where he spent the last nine seasons, the first eight as an assistant coach before his promotion to associate head coach prior to the 2019-20 campaign.

During his tenure at CSUB, Conarroe helped head coach Rod Barnes rebuild the program and send the `Runners to their first-ever berth in the NCAA Division I Tournament in 2016 and three postseason appearances in the last four years, excluding the pandemic-shortened 2019-20 season.

On the court, the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons were the most memorable for the `Runners during Conarroe's tenure. He helped guide the team to a 49-19 record and a 26-2 mark in the Icardo Center during that span. In 2015-16, CSUB earned its spot in "March Madness" after winning the Western Athletic Conference tournament.

The following season, the `Runners won the WAC regular-season championship and became the first-ever No. 8 seed to reach the NIT semifinals. CSUB also finished No. 9 in the mid-major Top 25 with the highest RPI in program history at 59. The `Runners were in the Top 10 of several defensive categories nationally, including a No. 1 ranking in transition defense and No. 2 ranking in defensive points per possession, while the team included its first-ever Defensive All-American selection (Jaylin Airington).

The 2018-19 season featured CSUB's third trip to the postseason in the last four years as Bakersfield accepted an invitation to the CollegeInisder.com Postseason Tournament (CIT) and again proved to be a force on the road. CSUB won back-to-back games away from home before falling in the CIT quarterfinals.

Conarroe was integral in the academic transformation of the CSUB men's basketball program, which graduated 30 players in seven years. During that period, the program also achieved a perfect APR score of 1000 and raised the team cumulative grade-point average above 2.7. As a reflection of their efforts in the classroom, eight `Runners earned academic all-conference honors during Conarroe's tenure.

Prior to his stint at CSUB, Conarroe worked with Barnes as director of operations at Georgia State from 2007-11 and an administrative aide and graduate assistant at the University of Mississippi from 2003-06.

After playing basketball for three years at Colorado College and receiving the team's Tiger Award for inspirational leadership, Conarroe graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in economics and served as an assistant coach at the school during the 1999-2000 season.

Following a year away from the game, he spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Monarch High School in Louisville, Colo., before attending Ole Miss for graduate school. He earned his master's degree in business administration from Ole Miss in 2004.

Conarroe's wife, the former Mary Everett, lettered three years in Division I soccer and four years in Division III lacrosse at Colorado College. She is third on the career scoring list for lacrosse with 252 points and led the Tigers to their first-ever NCAA playoff berth as an All-America selection as a senior in 1999. As a member of the soccer team, she collected 18 career goals and 45 points and, in 2011, became was the first female inducted into the Colorado College Athletic Hall of Fame that played at both the Division I and III levels.

The Conarroe's are the proud parents of two sons, Caleb and Cooper.

Streich spent the last two seasons at Pomona-Pitzer Colleges in Claremont, Calif., where he helped the Division III Sagehens post their best season in program history with a 24-5 record, SCIAC regular-season and tournament championships, and an appearance in the 2020 NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Championship.

Pomona-Pitzer advanced to the Sweet 16 with a victory over No. 10 Emory University before the remainder of the tournament was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

During his tenure with the Sagehens, Streich played a key role in the development of three first-team all-SCIAC selections, including Micah Elan, the conference Player of the Year who also earned second-team All-America honors. Elan finished his career as the program’s career leader in points, assists and three-point baskets.

In addition to his role on the basketball staff, Streich served on both the Mental Health and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committees, and co-founded “Thursday table talks”, a new initiative through the DEI committee to open dialogue within the athletic department.

Prior to his arrival at Pomona-Pitzer, Streich served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Division III Nichols College in Dudley, Mass. During his tenure, the Bison compiled a 53-7 record, won back-to-back Commonwealth Coast Conference titles and earned a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances. In 2018, Nichols capped its most successful season in program history by advancing the the Elite 8 of the NCAA tournament. That season, the Bison were ranked No. 8 nationally, the highest in program history, and finished the season No. 12 in scoring offense.

Streich helped develop eight all-conference players while at Nichols, including Marcos Echevarria, who earned second-team All-America honors in 2019 and ranked No. 16 all-time in scoring in NCAA DIII history with 2,519 points. Echevarria also ranked third in NCAA history with 479 career three-point baskets.

He also acted as an academic advisor, and helped team achieve its highest combined grade-point average in five years.

While at Nichols, Streich earned a master’s degree in organizational leadership. His thesis focused on team roster retention, and he helped the Nichols team increase its retention rate from 72 to 100 percent.

Streich’s resume also includes three seasons as an assistant coach at Emmanuel College, where he recruited three of the top 10 scorers in program history and helped the Saints improve from a six-win team to a Great Northeast Athletic Conference semi-finalist in two of three seasons.

He also spent one season at Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, Mass., and one at his alma mater, East Greenwich High School in 2012-13. At the same time, Streich was the head coach of the Rhode Island Hawks and New England Storm U-17 Boys AAU programs from 2011-17.

In 2021, Streich served as the head coach and recruiting advisor for West Coast Elite, the largest grassroots basketball program on the West Coast.

Streich earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ithaca College, where he played baseball for three years and earned first-team all-conference twice and a second-team selection once.

After graduating, Streich played four seasons of minor league baseball both domestically and overseas in Sweden and Australia from 2011-2014. He also spent two seasons as an assistant coach in the minor leagues.

Streich is a member of the Jewish Coaches Association and National Association of Basketball Coaches. He also is an active member of the Rising Coaches Community and is the host and producer of ‘Culture of the Game’ podcast.

Previously, Adams spent 11 years coaching high school girls at Falcon HS in Colorado. During his tenure as head coach, Adams’ teams were perennial state qualifiers, and led the program to their best season in history during the 2020-21 season with a 15-2 record and 10-0 in conference play; earning a trip to the Great 8. He was named the Conference Coach of the Year 2020-21.

Prior to coaching, Adams served 20 years in the United States Air Force where he played 12 years as part of the base team(s), competing against collegiate level athletes. Adams attended Christopher Newport College where was a member of the Track and Field team in 1992-93, prior to joining the Air Force.

Adams earned his master’s degree in Adult Education and Training, and a bachelor’s in Management.

Adams and his wife Kendra are proud parents of three children, Khiya, Jade, and Tarike II. Adams coached both of his daughters, Khiya and Jade in high school, and they both went on to play Division II basketball at CSU-Pueblo. His son also attended Otero JC and was a member of the basketball team.
