Take your game to the next level with coaching from Michael Teeter and the Elite Hoops Basketball staff. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced player, this camp at Friendship Christian School in Lebanon, TN is designed to help you develop your skills, improve your technique, and build confidence on the court.

The Complete Skills Camp helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position.

    Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Michael Teeter attended Friendship Christian School and graduated in 2007. A graduate of Tennessee Tech University where he later earned his masters degree at Cumberland University.

    Teeter spent time as an assistant under Troy Bond at Wilson Central in 2011 and 2012 before going to Watertown to coach Middle School basketball. After that stint, Teeter spent two years as the head coach of Wilson Central High School where he led the Wildcats to a Region Tournament appearance.

    The Elite Hoops Basketball (EHB) staff is comprised of some of the best coaches in the area, specializing in camps, clinics, training sessions, leagues, and travel teams. Elite Hoops Basketball has been in partnership with Nike Basketball Camps for over 12 years, directing some of the Southeast's most popular day basketball camps.

    They are dedicated to providing athletes with the proper training and tools necessary to help improve your fundamental skills, offensive and defensive moves, and overall game in a fun and motivating environment. In 2016, EHB directed over 50 Nike Basketball Camps across eight southeastern states (Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee) with over 3600 players in attendance!   • Boys Complete Skills I: June 29- July 2
  • Girls Complete Skills I: June 29- July 2
  • Boys Complete Skills II: July 20- 23
  • Girls Complete Skills II: July 20- 23
Complete Skills Camp Hours
  • Check-in: Monday at 8:30am
  • Closing Ceremony: Thursday at 2:30pm
  • Meals: Lunch is not provided, please bring a packed lunch.
  • Daily Hours: MON-THURS 9AM-3PM

*NOTE: Per Tennessee amateur law, rising 9th graders attending Friendship Christian School for school this fall are not permitted to attend this camp.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

  • Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
  • Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
  • Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch each day
  • Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Basketball Camps t-shirt. *1-day clinics and fall, winter and spring camps excluded.
  • Basketballs: Basketballs are provided for instruction during camp

INSTRUCTION & FACILITY

  • Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
  • Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion
  • Facility: Indoor courts
  • Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

BASKETBALLS

Nike All Court Elite Basketballs can be purchased during registration for $35. Players can choose between a size 6 (28.5", standard girls) or size 7 (29.5", standard boys) ball, which will be passed out on the last day of camp. Please note that it is not required to bring a basketball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction.

PRE-CAMP CHECKLIST

To view your customer account, complete your mandatory forms, pay balance dues, and review important camp information, visit Pre-Camp Checklist. All necessary camp information is on this page. If there are any imperative changes prior to camp start, registered campers will be notified via email and this webpage will be updated!

PACKING LIST

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL

Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

COMPANY POLICIES

If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid that is good through the following year for any sport and is transferable to any immediate family member. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact USSC to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive a voucher or refund. Cash refunds are given only if Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your balance due date.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
