In 2021-22, Dunne led the Bullets back to the postseason for the first time in his tenure. He guided the team to a 15-9 mark in the regular season and 11-7 mark in conference play to earn the No. 3 seed and a spot in the conference semifinals. Dunne mentored Gettysburg's first first-team all-conference honoree since 2017 when Avery Close '22 garnered the accolade. Gettysburg averaged over 72 points per game for the first time in 12 years and the squad set a new program standard with 200 made three-pointers on the year. Last season, he helped guide the Bullets into an appearance in the conference semifinals and 15-10 overall record.
