The staff did a great job of making him feel excited and safe
July 27, 2019: For Lucas, I think for this being his first overnight camp experience, the staff did a great job of making him feel excited and safe. They do just enough to help the boys but really taught the boys to be accountable and responsible for themselves.

Most significant for Brad was having independence for a few days
July 26, 2019: Meeting others his own age who like to play basketball was beneficial. While working on his shooting techniques, he said that his friend was giving him tips and he liked his input. Most significant for Brad was having independence for a few days and doing what he loves to do which is play ball.
