Not only did he think they were competitive, but he also thought they were very fun!

July 23, 2021: Logan enjoyed the competitions. Not only did he think they were competitive, but he also thought they were very fun! The campers were rewarded with small gifts from the competitions. Logan also really appreciated the end when they received player evaluation sheets filled out by the coaches and also awards when the camp was over. Logan got "Camper of the Week" and received a cool looking Webster University basketball jersey.

    Coaches are friendly

June 23, 2019: This is Henry's fourth year at camp. He likes it so much that he wants to do another session next month. The coaches are friendly - they hang out and talk with the campers - even during lunch and breaks. He likes the competitive atmosphere and wishes the camp was a full week instead of just a few days.

Provided a safe and supportive enviornment!

June 21, 2018: I believe that my son learned and improved his basketball skills. It was important to me that he feel comfortable in the camp, and not overwhelmed by more skilled campers. I do believe the camp staff did a good job at recognizing more skilled and/or experienced players, from those that were still learning the game and basic fundamentals. The Webster University coaching staff and players were great with the kids, and provided a safe and supportive environment.

I go to all the college basketball camps in St. Louis and this is my favorite!

June 22, 2017: I liked to play the game where we did the Oakland shoot...where you backed up each time you made a shot and you were out of you missed and you stayed in if you made it and then someone won the round! Memorable experiences: meet your new coaches and making new friends. I go to all the college basketball camps in St. Louis and this is my favorite one because it's cool that you have the option to sleep away..

My son loves this basketball camp FAR above all the others.

July 13, 2016: My son had a blast! He loves this basketball camp FAR above all the others he's done over the years. He liked that the groups for instructor were small, the quality of the staff and the attention to the game of basketball. All of the staff acted like they wanted to be there...again, different than most camps he's attended. He loved staying overnight, it was a lot of fun for him and he says it was his favorite part about camp.

June 22, 2016: Great job by the entire staff. I saw an engaged staff who really worked to ensure that each player learned, worked hard, but most importantly enjoyed themselves. My son really enjoyed the positivity. The Head Coach seemed to take the time to know each player. He and his staff were very professional and engaging.

Well balanced amount of work, play, and instruction.

June 23, 2016: My son loved to be able to play the game he loved with others who seemed to love it just as much and be instructed and coach by a staff who felt the same as well. Well balanced amount of work, play, and instruction. There was a lot of play time against others that were of equal talent or better. This helped my son improve his game.

My son's first sleep away camp was a success

This was my sons first "sleep away" camp…I don’t know who was more nervous him or I . but after the first hour of check in and him getting settled he was fine…However after my first night of anguish I survived..Every night that he called he was very excited to tell me everything they did

I was a little hesitant about sending him to camp as he has not been to an overnight camp before, but he needed to start sometime. He is 9 years old and had a great time...so great in fact that he didn't call home 1 time during the camp! He loved the swim party, the food, playing basketball all day and staying in the dorms at Webster University. He had such a great time he asked if he could go back next month! I think we'll be sending him again next year.
