Akua Okenwa

I'm currently a professional volleyball player at the VBC Chamalieres in France; finishing my 5th consecutive season in Europe.

I went to the University of Albany where I played D1 volleyball for five years. My last year we won our Conference Championship title and I was awarded MVP of the tournament. Throughout my career as a player, I have always used my summers to coach the younger players at skills clinics and camps sharing the technical knowledge I have gained over the years and my love and passion for the sport.
