Alexa Poss

Alexa Poss is the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at Albright College.
Alexa Poss is set to begin year two at the helm of the Albright volleyball program.
During the 2022 campaign, Poss stepped right in and won 10 games in her first season as head coach. The 10-win threshold was met by Poss for the first time since the 2019 season. Poss enters year two with a good group of returning student-athletes as well as a strong recruiting class looking to build off the impressive 2022 season.
Poss, a 2021 graduate of Albright, was a three-year standout member of the women's volleyball team. She currently holds the program's record for service aces in five games with eight back in 2019. Also in 2019, Poss ranked second in the MAC Commonwealth in aces per set with 0.60. She served as a captain during the 2019 and 2020-21 seasons.
During her sophomore year, Poss represented Albright volleyball after being invited to play for the Beyond Sports Tour in Costa Rica.
Poss earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology with a minor in Painting from Albright in May of 2021. Her most recent role was as a Language and Culture Teaching Assistant at CIEE Teach Abroad. Poss also brings coaching experience with her from the Delaware United Volleyball Club.
