Alice Lee

Alice Lee Williams College Nike Lacrosse Camp

Alice Lee is in her first season as the head coach of the women's lacrosse program at Williams.

Lee comes to Williams after coaching six years in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC). The last two years Lee was an assistant coach at Middlebury College and the four years before Middlebury she was an assistant coach at Amherst College.

While coaching at Middlebury (2015-17) Lee helped guide the Panthers to the 2016 NESCAC and NCAA titles and was named the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association (IWLCA) Division III National Assistant Coach of the Year.

Lee was also a primary recruiter at Middlebury as well as being involved in many athletic department programs and projects including serving as an advisor to the Student Athlete Advisory Council and helping organize the first Staff Fest Celebration.

For four years before arriving at Middlebury Lee was an assistant coach at Amherst College (2011-15), while also pursuing an M.S. in Sport Management at the University of Massachusetts (2015).

While Lee was at Amherst the Mammoths' 2014 team advanced to the NCAA Final Four and the 2012 team advanced to the Sweet 16. Lee was a primary recruiter for the Mammoths and supported the athletic department on The Diversity and Inclusion Committee and advising the Student Athlete Advisory Council.

Lee began her intercollegiate coaching career with a two-year stint as assistant coach at Buffalo State University (2009-2011). Both years Lee was at Buffalo State the Bengals advanced to the semifinals of the SUNYAC Tournament and the 2011 team climbed to 19th in the IWLCA national poll.

Lee played goalie collegiately at Central Connecticut State University, where she was a two-time captain, three-time all-conference selection, voted outstanding teammate, and most valuable player.

She is the current record holder of five Central Connecticut State records and an NCAA Division I stats leader in three categories.

Lee graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2009 with a B.S. in Management and a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
