Amanda Lacey
Camp Director

Amanda Lacey is the Boston Hurricanes Youth Director and Coach.
Amanda's passion for both the sport and developing youth volleyball in Massachusetts made it an easy choice for her to join Lionheart. Her first volleyball clinic at the age of twelve led her to high school, a brief collegiate, and now adult volleyball careers. Playing both casually in the Massachusetts scene and competitively for the Boston Hurricanes women's program for the last fifteen years has given her ample experience to lead the next generation of players in their growth and success. Her coaching career thus far spans 8 years, and she has worked closely with athletes from the ages of five through eighteen in both clinics and team environments. Since her first coaching experiences where she specialized in the Y12 age group, Amanda has worked extensively with the Brookline High School Boy's program as an assistant coach, UVC as an 18 Blue Boys Coach, and for the Boston Hurricanes as a girl's junior coach. Currently, she is serving her second year as the Boston Hurricanes Youth Director, is coaching the Hurricanes' Girls Junior Blue team, and will be the Brookline High School JV Girls coach come fall of 2024. She is excited to meet her team and get to work.
