Andrew Radomicki - Head Men's Basketball Coach

Andrew Radomicki joined the Griffins as their men's basketball coach in the summer of 2023, becoming the third head coach in the history of the program that started 20 years ago in 2003.

Radomicki joins the Griffins after serving as the Associate Head Coach last season at his alma mater Widener University under Chris Carideo. Last season, the Pride finished 19-9 and captured the MAC commonwealth Conference Championship, earning a bid to the NCAA Division III national Tournament where they lost in the first round.

Prior to returning to his alma mater, Radomicki spent five seasons at Division I Lafayette College, serving as an assistant coach under Philadelphia area coaching great Fran O'Hanlon from 2019-2022 after serving as Lafayette's director of Basketball Operations in the two seasons prior. The Leopards went 38-38 and reached the Patriot League Tournament twice in his three seasons as an assistant coach.

Before working at Lafayette, Radomicki spent two seasons as a graduate manager for Temple. He assisted the Owls and Dunphy's staff with daily coaching and operations, playing a pivotal role in scouting and on-court player development while also chipping in on travel arrangements, equipment inventory, scheduling, facilities management and organizing visits for recruits.

Prior to his time at Temple, he spent a year as the head coach of the freshman basketball team at Penncrest High School. Radomicki's other experience includes working as a counselor at the Mike Doyle Basketball Camp, the Harry Perretta Villanova women's basketball camp and Mike McCarron's Skills and Drills.

A four-year starter for Carideo at Widener, Radomicki served his final two seasons as team captain. During his senior campaign, he averaged 8.5 points per game and was tied for third on the team with 45 assists

Radomicki earned a bachelor's degree from the Widener University in hospitality management in 2014 and his master's from Temple in sport business in 2017.
