Ariannah Ritter

Assistant Camp Director

Ariannah Ritter - Assistant Camp Director

2022 marks Ariannah Ritter’s third year coaching at the collegiate level, working her way up to Division II Lincoln Memorial University.

During her tenure with the Railsplitters, Ritter saw her team make history and reach new heights as they fought their way to the conference semi-finals. Primarily working with the offense, Ritter coached standout athlete Ali Van Der Ziel, an attacker that was ranked #1 in the NCAA for points across the nation for three weeks, broke 5 school records in this past season and racked in All-Conference accolades while going on to win Female Athlete of the Year for the Railsplitters.

Prior to her time at Lincoln Memorial, Ritter was a four year starter for Michael Hodge and the Pioneers. During her time as a Pioneer, Ritter became the first athlete in lacrosse program history to reach the benchmark of 100 career goals, as well as, 100 career points. Ritter started every game in her four years at Carroll, was named Offensive Player of the Year in 2017, Pioneer Athlete of the Week, and was named one of the team captains in 2019.

Off the field, Ritter has worked closely with the Kenya Lacrosse Association since May 2018. Her primary role included marketing and operations, mainly for the U-19 Women’s National Team. She was part of the force that was able to get the first African American National Team to the U-19 World Championships that were held in Canada in 2019. She also organized the addition of Morgan’s Message at LMU, to give student-athletes a shot at combatting the stigma around mental health.
