Bailey Korte

Bailey Korte is the Head Volleyball Coach at Harmony Grove.

Bailey is Head Volleyball Coach at Harmony Grove in Benton. She is starting her second year there, arriving from Wynne Junior High School after her team went 17-3 and finished 3rd in the conference as well as the conference tournament.
Bailey started playing volleyball in the 8th grade at Benton, back when volleyball was not offered until 7th grade. She played DS all five years at Benton (6A back then). Her team was undefeated conference champions in back to back years her junior and senior seasons. State runner up her junior year and semifinalists her senior year. While in Benton, she earned all conference honors. Her school team played for Saline County Chaos her junior year.
After high school, Bailey attended UCA to become an athletic trainer, but quickly changed my major to teaching/coaching.
Over several club seasons, she coached for Saline County Chaos in 15-16u age groups.

At Harmony Grove she oversees and runs the entire program, grades 7-12. Since her arrival, the program has seen a lot of growth and improvement and she is excited to see the continued progress over the years. Bailey's senior high team has a chance to go to the state for the second time in school history this year and her junior high team, who only won four games last year, had a great off season and has now started this year out 4-0.
