Brian Grazier
Lead Camp Coach & Co-Director
Brian Grazier is one of the region’s most respected leaders in boys soccer player development, bringing extensive experience across elite youth, collegiate, and professional levels of the game. Known for his ability to develop complete players, Brian combines modern training methodology, a deep understanding of the game, and a proven track record of preparing athletes for the next stage of their soccer journey.
His coaching background includes significant collegiate experience at the highest level. Brian served multiple seasons as an assistant coach in NCAA Division I men’s soccer, including roles at Saint Louis University, Rutgers University, and Temple University. At Saint Louis, he helped guide the Billikens to 36 wins across four seasons, highlighted by a 14‑5‑2 campaign and an NCAA Tournament second‑round appearance in 2014. At Rutgers, he was instrumental in recruiting, training, and program operations as the Scarlet Knights advanced to the third round of the 2011 NCAA Tournament. He later assisted at Temple University, contributing to roster development and team performance during the 2018 season.
In the youth game, Brian has played a major role in shaping elite boys programming across the region. He has worked extensively with academy‑level teams and currently serves as a Technical Director, overseeing curriculum design, coach education, and long‑term player pathways. His work at the highest youth levels reflects his commitment to developing technically strong, tactically intelligent, and mentally prepared players.
Brian’s perspective as a coach is reinforced by an outstanding playing career. A four‑year starter at Saint Louis University, he appeared in over 70 matches, helped the program earn 49 wins, and made three NCAA Tournament appearances. Following college, he was selected by the Colorado Rapids in the 2008 MLS SuperDraft and competed professionally in Major League Soccer. Prior to that, he represented the U.S. U‑17 National Team, competing in international qualifiers and the 2003 U‑17 World Championships.
With a rare blend of elite playing experience, Division I collegiate coaching success, and high‑level youth development leadership, Brian Grazier brings exceptional insight, professionalism, and passion to this camp environment. His approach centers on purposeful training, soccer‑specific development, and helping young athletes maximize their potential, on and off the field.
