Brittany Romanczuk is the Head Varsity Field Hockey Coach at Sussex Academy.
Brittany Romanczuk was hired in December of 2023 as the head coach of the Sussex Academy Field Hockey team. Prior to accepting the head coach position Brittany was a volunteer assistant coach at Sussex Academy for the 2023 season. Brittany also coaches at OranjeGottaLoveIt field hockey club located in Millsboro, DE. During her college years she coached for Center Court field hockey club in Lawrence, NJ.
Brittany Romanczuk played high school field hockey at Moravian Academy in Bethlehem, PA. She earned Lehigh Valley All-Area Third Team, also earning First Team All-Colonial League distinction, and earned the team’s Defensive MVP honor. Brittany Romanczuk then went on to play field hockey at the Division I level NEC powerhouse, Rider University. During her collegiate career she received multiple honors including First Team All-NEC, Two-Time NEC All Tournament team, Two-Time NEC Prime Performer, MAAC Rookie of the week, and lead her team to six shutouts her senior year. Her collegiate career culminated in being named to the prestigious NFHCA Division I Senior Team.
