Coach Bruce is a multifaceted entrepreneur with over seven years of experience in directing basketball programs and a strong five-year background in basketball training and coaching. A UCLA graduate with a degree in Psychology, Bruce applies his academic insights to his coaching, offering a unique blend of knowledge and hands-on expertise.

He is particularly skilled in working with young athletes aged 5-12, demonstrating patience and a dynamic approach that resonates well with this age group. Bruce's coaching style focuses not only on enhancing technical skills but also on nurturing a passion for the game and developing holistic skills in young players.

He oversees the 8U, 9U and 10U Dime Basketball program as a coach, coordinator, and talent recruiter. In 2.5 years, he has played an integral role in turning the 10U program into one of the top clubs in North County.
