Caitlyn Isler
Director of Operations
Isler completed her second season as Director of Operations for the Stony Brook women's basketball team in 2019-20. Isler joined the Seawolves following a two-year stint serving as a Graduate Assistant in Operations for the Ohio State women’s basketball program. While serving as a graduate assistant at Ohio State, Isler worked directly with the program’s Director of Operations – helping with daily tasks.
She spent the previous two-plus years as a Student Manager for Ohio State women’s basketball, gaining experience in many different facets of day-to-day operations. She also has AAU coaching experience with the Ohio Rising Stars program, which is based out of Canton, Ohio.
Isler graduated from Ohio State in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Industry, then received a Masters of Science in Kinesiology (Sports Management) from the University in 2018.
