Candice Dangora

Candice Newcomb is a Beverly, Massachusetts native with a strong playing and coaching background rooted on the North Shore. She was a standout player locally before continuing her soccer career at Marymount University, where she served as a team captain and developed the leadership qualities that continue to define her coaching approach today.

Candice Newcomb is a Beverly, Massachusetts native with a strong playing and coaching background rooted on the North Shore. She was a standout player locally before continuing her soccer career at Marymount University, where she served as a team captain and developed the leadership qualities that continue to define her coaching approach today.

Candice currently serves as the Girls Director at Select North Shore and is the Varsity Head Coach at Bishop Fenwick High School, where she is deeply involved in developing players across multiple age groups and competitive levels. She also spent four seasons as an assistant coach for the women’s soccer program at Salem State University (2017–2021), gaining valuable collegiate coaching experience and helping guide players through their next stages of development.

Candice’s coaching philosophy is centered on player‑centered development, with a strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships and developing the whole person. She is passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment that challenges players while helping them grow in confidence, character, and love for the game. Through her leadership and mentorship, Candice has helped players progress to the collegiate level while fostering growth both on and off the field.
