Carl Garnes has 3 years of coaching experience and is a high school football and track coach for Timber Creek Regional High School in Sicklerville, NJ.
Before coaching high school football and track he was a physical trainer that focused on weight loss, building muscle and overall health to many different types of people. He also trained young football athletes from ages of 8-17 working on speed, change of direction quickness and positional drills to help them achieve on the field.
Garnes is originally from Willingboro, NJ and graduated from Camden Catholic High School. He went on to attend Morgan State University located in Baltimore, MD on a full athletic scholarship and graduated with a bachelors degree in Liberal Studies.
While attending Morgan State University, he played Safety, Cornerback, Punt Return and Kick Return from 2015-2019. After his redshirt year he went on to be a 4 year starter and 3 time all conference player in the Middle Eastern Athletic Conference.
