Carlos Galletti is the Assistant Beach Volleyball Coach at Florida International University
Carlos brings over 35 years of international indoor volleyball and beach volleyball experience as both a professional player and elite coach. A former World Champion (Rio 1995) and Olympic-level coach, he has led national teams from Australia, Greece, Turkey, and Brazil, guiding athletes to three Summer Olympic Games and multiple FIVB World Tour medals.
Carlos also served as an Assistant Coach at Florida International University, helping the program achieve a Top-10 NCAA ranking and bringing world-class Olympians into the training environment.
Based in Tampa Florida, he currently coaches top junior prospects at USF, and continues to develop high-performance athletes through his deep global network, technical expertise, and proven winning approach.
