Caroline Craig

James Madison Women's Golf Assistant Coach

Caroline Craig - James Madison Women's Golf Assistant Coach

Caroline Craig joined the James Madison women's golf program as an assistant coach on July 22, 2024, and completed her first full season on staff in 2024-25.

In her first season as an assistant coach, Craig and the Dukes produced two top-five finishes as a team, including a runner-up showing at the Great River Cup and the Puerto Rico Shootout, where freshman Hannah Rabb captured the individual title with a 36-hole score of 139 (-5). The season culminated with an 11th place finish at the Sun Belt Championship.

Craig joined JMU following an outstanding collegiate career, where she played four seasons at Georgia (2019-23) and one at Indiana (2023-24). She capped her playing career by taking home co-medalist honors at the 2024 Big Ten Championship along with being named to the Big Ten All-Championship team. Craig played in over 25 tournaments and 100 rounds in her career, taking home seven top-five finishes.

"I am very excited to add Caroline to the program!" Baker said. "Her infectious personality is sure to motivate and inspire the players to great success this season and beyond. Caroline undoubtedly has the golf pedigree as a Big Ten Champion, but what impresses her the most is her desire to make an impact on the lives of everyone she encounters on a daily basis."

At Georgia, Craig was a four-time member of the Southeastern Conference honor roll and a member of the 2023 College Sports Communicators (CSC) At-Large All-District Team. She was also a member of the WGCA All-American Scholar Team and was named to the SEC Community Service Team for women's golf two times.
