Charlie Bour
Head Coach
Coach Charlie Bour is recognized as one of the top coaches in prep soccer. In 2017, Coach Bour led Berkshire School to a 19-1-1 record, the team's only defeat coming in a 1-0 double-overtime loss in the NEPSAC Class A championship.
Prior to taking over at Berkshire, Coach Bour spent several seasons as the Head Coach at The Loomis Chafee School where he earned 2014 Prep Coach of the Year after his team went 17-1 and earned the #1 ranking in the nation at the end of the regular season. He also coached at his alma mater, St. Lawrence University. In his second year at St. Lawrence, the Saints championed both the Liberty League regular-season title and the Liberty League Tournament, earning an automatic NCAA tournament bid.
As a player for the Saints, Bour recorded 22 career goals and six assists, and his teams went 67-10-4 overall while earning four straight NCAA tournament appearances.
