Chelsea Conley - Camp Director

Chelsea Conley begins her fifth season as head women's lacrosse coach at Ohio Wesleyan University.

In her debut as a college head coach in 2014, Conley guided the Battling Bishops to an 8-9 record, an improvement of 5 victories over the 2013 season.

Conley came to Ohio Wesleyan after serving as head girls lacrosse coach at nearby Olentangy High School. In 3 seasons at Olentangy, she guided the Braves to a 38-10 record, winning Ohio Capital Conference championships in 2011 and 2013, and advancing to the regional final in 2013.

Prior to taking the Olentangy position, Conley served as an assistant coach at Kenyon College during the 2008-09 seasons, was an assistant coach at Trine (Ind.) University in 2007, and made her coaching debut as head coach at Grand Rapids (Mich.) Catholic Central High School during the 2005-07 seasons, culminating in a regional championship in 2007.

Conley is a 2007 graduate of Western Michigan University, where she played on the women's lacrosse club for 4 years, earning second-team IWLCA honors in 2006. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.

She is a native of Lewis Center, Ohio.
