Chris Lydon

Chris Lydon has been the Assistant Varsity coach at Boston Latin School since 2017. In the past season at BLS the Wolfpack won the DCL championship with a 14-6 season record and their first MIAA State Tournament win in over 10 years.

Prior to Coaching at BLS, Chris Lydon graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the spring of 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the Isenberg School of Business. He also played basketball for UMass Amherst and throughout his time with the team, he earned an honorary position on the Honors’ Court, which is an award presented by the National Association of Basketball Coaches for his commitment on and off the court.

Before his time at UMass Amherst, Chris Lydon spent 2 seasons UMass Lowell before transferring to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he walked-on to the Minutemen basketball team during his senior year.

Chris Lydon, a native from Boston, Massachusetts. He played on the basketball team at the Boston Latin School, where he graduated in 2012.
