On staff this summer is Assistant Coach, Christina Noens. Before joining the BGSU staff in the winter of 2018, Noens was a four-year letter winner at fellow MAC school University of Toledo.

During the 2021-2022 season, the Falcons finished 6th at the MAC Championships with six new school records and seniors Daisy Platts and Kellie House being named to First Team All-MAC and Second Team All-MAC, respectively. Platts took home a victory in the 100 Backstroke, as well as runner-up in the 200 backstroke and bronze medal in the 200 Individual Medley. House was runner-up in the 1650 freestyle as well as 4th in the 500 freestyle. The 200 Medley and 400 Medley relay teams both finished 4th as well as set new school records. The Falcons finished with 15 scoring swims, 10 "A" finals and 15 "B" finals. The Falcons also recorded 26 new top-10 times in school history. During the post-season, Platts attended her second NCAA Division I Championships in Atlanta Georgia, where she set a new 200 backstroke school record and finished 44th in the 100 backstroke, 73rd in the 200 Individual Medley, and her career-highest finish of 22nd in the 200 backstroke.

During the 2020-2021 season, Noens helped the Falcons to an 8th place finish at the Mid-American Conference as well as Daisy Platts' first appearance at the NCAA Division I Championships in Greensboro, NC where she finished 21st in the 100 Backstroke and 24th in the 200 Backstroke. Platts won her 3rd consecutive 200 backstroke title at the MAC Championships, as well as was named to first-team all-MAC for the third season in a row.

During the 2019-2020 season the Falcons finished 5th at the Mid-American Conference Championships, the team's highest finish since 2018. Noens helped lead the team to four school records and eight top-3 finishes.

During the 2018-2019 season Noens helped coach the team to a 6th-place finish at the Mid American Conference Championships with Daisy Platts to a first-team All MAC finish as well as a school record and first place finish in the 200 backstroke (1:54.52).

Before joining the BGSU staff in the winter of 2018, Noens was a four-year letter winner at fellow MAC school University of Toledo. She graduated with the school record in the 100 (54.33) and 200 backstroke (1:56.19) as well as the third ranked time in school history in the 400 Individual Medley (4:16.95). She was the MAC Champion in the 200 Backstroke during her senior year (2013-2014) and the runner-up in the 400 Individual Medley.

Noens was second team All-MAC during her freshman-sophomore years and first team All-MAC during her senior year while captaining the Rockets. She went on to teach Elementary Special Education in Michigan post-graduation until joining the Falcon Swimming and Diving staff.
