Christine mcgrath bio

Christine entered the professional pickleball scene in 2015 and has been consistently one of the top women athletes in the sport since. She has won gold medals in majors US Open, Nationals, Tournament of Champions and more.

Having an entrepreneurial nature and love for traveling, she has organized camps and all inclusive pickleball instruction vacations throughout the US and in Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Europe.

Christine loves seeing people improve in pickleball while also having fun and amazing experiences.

She is currently Sponsored by Franklin Sports where she designed a paddle.

Christine grew up in California but moved to New York for college and to play tennis at the United States Military Academy at West Point and Marist College. She was MVP for her teams all 4 years during college tennis which won Patriot League and Metro Atlantic Athletic Conferences each year she was there. She played #1 in singles and doubles.

Christine went on to do her Master’s in Public Health at Brown University and Master’s in Aging & Health at Georgetown University. She was 2 years into podiatry school when she was introduced to pickleball and the opportunity to play professionally came up. She entered her first major tournament 2 weeks after starting pickleball and won a silver medal in women’s pro singles at the Tournament of Champions. Christine has embraced professional pickleball since and enjoys sharing her love for the game.

Christine is very competitive on court. However, Christine is known for her sweet but adventurous nature off-court. She enjoys a variety of things from cooking & baking for friends and family to snowboarding, hiking, dirt biking.
