Colin Imwalle

Colin joined the CLS community in the fall of 2022 as an Upper School social studies teacher and head coach of the middle school girls’ tennis team. After three seasons with the Hawks, he succeeded Dale Hall as the varsity head of program following Coach Hall’s retirement in November 2023. Before moving to Charlotte, Imwalle spent eight years teaching and coaching the girls’ and boys’ tennis teams at Northwestern Jr. Sr. High School in Springfield, Ohio, where his teams achieved six conference championships. He and his wife, Luci, were married in May 2024.
