Courtney is the owner and founder of Synergy Hoops which is an all girls AAU basketball program located in Syracuse New York. Synergy Hoops provides girls the opportunity to travel and compete in basketball at a high level. Coach Courtney has coached girls for over eight years in recreational, travel and AAU. She also is a former varsity girls basketball coach for Syracuse Academy of Science.
Growing up, Coach Courtney played four years of high school basketball in Annapolis Maryland and many years of AAU for the Maryland Spirit. The best part of coaching for her is seeing the youth she coaches improve day after day.
