Craig Tacla, Ph.D

As a faculty member at Sacramento State, Dr. Craig Tacla has a history of working in the area of Kinesiology, more specifically Sport Pedagogy. His areas of interests include Physical Education, Pedagogy and Coaching Youth Sports.
As an athlete Craig was a four-sport participant and a six-season varsity athlete. He was selected all league once in soccer (Goalkeeper) and twice in baseball (Outfielder & Catcher). Craig attended and played baseball at Santa Rosa Junior College, College of Marin, and Chico State. His Chico State team was conference champion in his junior year. In his senior year, Chico State was conference, regional, and NCAA Division II National champion. Currently, Craig enjoys serving on the Board of Directors for Rocklin Little League where he values coaching life lessons through the game of baseball.
