Curtis Condie

Camp Director

Curtis Condie - Camp Director

Curtis brings his expertise and strong people skills to the varsity boys’ basketball team. His team is currently ranked first in the state. Coach Condie has a reputation for having high expectations for his players and great success with his teams.

In addition to Curtis’ work with the basketball team, he is also traveling for the school to visit global partners. It was through his studies at Utah State University that originally brought him to Utah

Condie has been around basketball almost his entire life. At USU, he also served as an assistant coach. After working in the college scene, Condie decided to go back to high school and began coaching two Utah high school teams — Wasatch High School for one season and South Sevier High school for three. While taking on the duties as coach at South Sevier he was named the Utah AA Basketball Coach of the Year.

Condie started coaching college ball at Don Bosco Tech in Rosemead, California. He also spent time at Northern Arizona, where he was able to get the Lumberjacks qualified for the Big Sky Conference tournament. Condie then returned back in Utah — to Snow College — where he helped Snow win back-to-back titles at the Scenic West Conference competition.

Condie then transferred over to Utah Valley University while the school transitioned into a NCAA Division 1 Program. At UVU, the Wolverines ended with an 82-36 record and never had a losing record while Condie was on staff.

Condie is happily married to his wife Wendy, and has four kids: two girls, Taylor and Courtney, and two boys, Anthony and Preston.
