David Schuster, boasts the ALL-TIME winningest coach in the history of Mission College Preparatory High School with a record of 53 wins and 19 losses, 1 sectional title (first in schools history), and 2 league titles. He has developed a program from 8 man to 11 man that is recognized as a local power, with 16 players earning collegiate scholarships.
Coach Schuster’s team foundation is built on discipline, respect, desire, and heart. Teaching and mastering fundamental individual skills and developing them into a team concept and success.
Coach Schuster and his coaching staff take a personal interest in each and every player, as a student, as a player and as an individual.
Coach Schuster’s camps reflect the same fundamental skill development approach, with explanations of the importance of discipline, respect and desire in an energetic fun camp environment, with personal interest in each camper.
