As a Senior in 2015, Garman appeared in two games with his season being cut short due to injury.

As a Junior at Oklahoma State (2014), Garman appeared in nine games (eight starts), totaling 2,041 passing yards and 12 touchdowns. He won his first four career starts, including victories over UTSA, Texas Tech, Iowa State and Kansas and helped lead Oklahoma State to a postseason bowl game. In his first Big 12 start, Garman accounted for five touchdowns against Texas Tech, throwing for 370 yards and four scores and running for a touchdown. This performance earned him player of the week honors.

As a Redshirt Freshman at Oklahoma State (2012) Garman Quarterbacked the OSU scout team while sitting out his transfer year per NCAA regulations. Garman transferred to OSU from Arizona following the arrival of new Head Coach Rich Rodriguez.

High School: Switched high schools during his career and did not play his senior year at Southlake Carroll HS. As a junior playing for Jones HS just outside of Oklahoma City in 2009, he completed 69 percent of his passes for 2,500 yards and 26 touchdowns. Was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated in the top five percent of his class.
