Dee Shivraman
Camp Director and Head Women's Soccer Coach at Polk State College
Dee Shivraman brings more than 30 years of coaching experience across different levels of the game to the camp. He has coached at the high school, club, and collegiate levels, developing players at every stage of the game.
Currently, as the Head Coach of Polk State College, Shivraman is committed to building a program defined by work ethic, discipline, and excellence. His vision focuses on developing players not only as athletes, but as leaders and men of character, values that carry directly into his approach at camp.
At the camp, Shivraman provides an environment where players are challenged, motivated, and inspired. His sessions emphasize technical development, tactical understanding, and mental growth. Participants leave the camp more confident, more prepared, and more passionate about the game.
From 2006 to 2014, Shivraman served as the Head Coach at Schoolcraft College in Livonia, Michigan. During his tenure, he led the program to eight conference championships, four NJCAA Tournament appearances, and an exceptional 136-12-5 record. He was honored as Regional Coach of the Year three times and coached six NJCAA All-Americans.
Shivraman’s coaching philosophy emphasizes respect for the game, teammates, and coaches, along with character and sportsmanship on and off the field. He believes that while winning is meaningful, the true value of the sport lies in the shared journey and the lasting impact players and coaches make in their communities.
In addition to coaching, Shivraman played professional soccer in Detroit for more than a decade. He continues to run soccer clinics across the U.S. and Europe during the offseason. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Wayne State University and a master’s degree in education from Marygrove College.
