Dr. James Sinodinos
Dr. Sinodinos is the Director of Performance at New York Empire Baseball. He oversees the organization’s Player Development Program, focusing on building skills that scale through individualized healthy athletic development.
Dr. James earned his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Columbia University, and also holds degrees in Biochemistry and Social Sciences from the Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and EXOS Performance Specialist, and a Champion Performance Therapy and Training Specialist. He is also certified buy OnBaseUniversity, Driveline Baseball, and K-Motion.
Dr. James has worked with players in the MLB, NFL, NHL, along with Division 1 Baseball and Soccer Players, and marathon runners, and his primary focus is on youth baseball player development - creating and managing healthy long term athletes. In his free time, Dr. J loves spending time with his amazing wife who supports him endlessly, watching his New York and New York Empire teams, reading, picking up weights and putting them down, and dabbling in guitar and chess.
