Dylan Leach

Coach Dylan Leach has dedicated his life to the game of football and the youth in his community. With over 20 years of football coaching experience, he has been a part of every aspect of the game – from strength & conditioning, special teams, offense and defense coordinators, to ultimately becoming the Head Coach of his high school alma mater Vintage High School Crushers in 2016.

As head football coach, Coach Leach has helped lead his teams to become Vine Valley Athletic League (VVAL) champions 3 years in a row, with an overall record of 26-5 and 18-0 in league play. During the spring 2021 season, Max Preps listed Vintage’s offense #1 in California for Scoring, TD’s, and Total Yards- outscoring opponents (327-27). For his team's efforts Coach Leach was put in the San Francisco Chronicle's top 6 High School football coaches of Spring 2021. In addition, Leach was nominated by “West Coast Preps” as the 2020/21 “Coach of the Year''. Furthermore, Coach Leach was nominated in 2020 by the Oakland Raiders as “Coach of the Year” while earning Napa Counties “Coach of the Year” on three occasions.

Coach Leach not only enjoys coaching young athletes to love the game of football, but also helping other coaches bring that knowledge and passion to their student athletes. In (2020), he was the KeyNote Speaker at the Glacier Football Clinics, where he feels in his element, networking with other coaches and educators to better serve the youth and teach them about this wonderful sport and its life correlations.
