Emily Cabrera

Directing camp will be Life University Head Coach, Emily Cabrera!
Emily Cabrera led the 2023 team to a 10-6 record in her first season as Head Coach. Prior to her time on the coaching staff, Cabrera played for Life and graduated with a Masters degree in Sport Health Science from Life U.
Cabrera has also coached for a number of programs in the southeast including the Florida Storm Lacrosse Club, the Walton Junior Lacrosse Organization, and North Paulding High School.
Cabrera, a native from South Florida, graduated with a degree in Fitness and Sport Management from the University of the Cumberlands. At UC, Cabrera was part of the inaugural women’s lacrosse team in 2015 where she helped to propel the new program into the top 3 in the NAIA.
