Emily Roussel
Camp Director
Directing camp this summer is Emily Roussel, currently an assistant coach, at Concordia University-St. Paul.
Coach Roussel was an IWLCA All-American collegiate player at Tiffin University and received the school’s ‘Scholar Athlete’ award her senior year. She was a two-time GLIAC Attacker of the Year, a four-time All-GLIAC performer (three-time first team) and the only player in program history to become a two-time IWLCA All-Region pick.
A well-rounded student-athlete, Roussel was a three-time GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honoree. During her playing career, she compiled 282 career goals which ranks third in Division II history and second in program history. Her 348 career points rank second in program history and 12th in Division II history.
A member of the Tiffin Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), Roussel was also involved on campus in Business Summit to Success, Green and Gold Awards Committee and Athletes in Action.
Roussel is working towards a master’s degree in leadership and management at Concordia.
